With the current infrastructure, the operations will employ between 450 to 500 people, and our contracts and remuneration packages will abide by the working conditions as outlined in the Laws of Lesotho. The employment of more workers shall increase parallel and in conjunction with the infrastructural improvements over a medium to long term. Employment equity is the right to equality of opportunities to all people, and the right for everyone to be treated fairly based on our national policies thus; We will not allow race, gender or creed to undermine our mandate. Skills, Performance and training will be the criteria for employment.
