Operating Service Models
Afri-Expo currently specialises in Cut, Make and Trim (CMT) operating model and is in the near future going to explore the Fabric on Board (FOB) operating model.
Cut
This is the easiest step in the process but the most time consuming. The material are cut into exact specifications needed to make a perfect garment. Due to our high quality equipment, we are able to cut with precision.
Make
The cut pieces from the fabric are then stitched together to form the finished piece of clothing. Again due to our high quality equipment and expertise, the garments result in absolute precise finish.
Trim
The clothes are then checked for any problems which include hanging threads, too much fabric or any other inconsistencies. The garments are checked to make sure each one meets the quality standards required.
FOB
Afri-Expo Textiles also plans to offer the Fabric on Board (FOB) in the near future whereby it will be responsible for all process of the textiles garments including sourcing of fabric and trims.
